We are pleased to offer exchanges or returns if you are not entirely satisfied with your Isobels.

returns@foncene.com within 30 days of receiving your goods.
We will provide the appropriate exchange/return label and guide.
To qualify, please ensure that the items are returned in their original, unworn condition and include the original packaging. We recommend testing Isobels on a soft surface to avoid scratches.
Please note that Foncėne is unable to process an exchange or refund if these requirements are not met.
Refunds will be credited to your account within 5-7 business days of our ateliers receiving the goods—subject to the processing time of your bank or card issuer.
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund any duties or taxes incurred during shipping and returns.
Please be aware that the Isobels being returned remain your responsibility until they reach our ateliers.
