Taxes
Our French Atelier handles shipping. For UK orders, we cover duties and taxes to prevent extra charges when your order arrives. However, for global shipments, it will be your responsibility to cover any duties and taxes that may apply.
Tracking my order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information, allowing you to monitor its journey. Deliveries within Europe typically arrive within 2-5 days. Orders destined for the United States are shipped via FedEx Express and usually arrive within 3 days.
