Returns
We take pride in offering hassle-free exchanges or returns if you're not completely satisfied with your Isobels. Simply contact us at
returns@foncene.com within 30 days of receiving your goods, and we'll promptly provide the necessary exchange/return label and guide you through the process, whether you require a different shoe size or a refund.
To qualify, please ensure that the items are returned in their original, unworn condition and include the original packaging. We recommend testing Isobels on a soft surface to prevent scratches. Please note that Foncene SAS is unable to process an exchange or refund if these requirements are not met.
If shoes are returned under the premise of being faulty. In such cases, we reserve the right to inspect the returned items to determine if they meet our criteria for a faulty return. Rest assured, we handle these situations with care and diligence, ensuring a fair assessment in line with our quality standards
Qualified refunds will be credited to your account within 5-7 business days of our ateliers receiving the goods—subject to the processing time of your bank or card issuer. Unfortunately, we're unable to refund any duties or taxes incurred during shipping and returns.
Please be aware that the Isobels being returned remain your responsibility until they reach our ateliers. To initiate an exchange, simply email us at
returns@foncene.com, and we'll provide a return label for the original item and arrange the dispatch of the exchange. Please note that exchanges are subject to availability, and the exchanged item will be dispatched upon receipt of the original item. We cover return shipping costs and provide the necessary shipping labels. However, we're not liable for any damage incurred during shipping. For a smooth return process, please ensure that the items are securely packaged and arrive undamaged.
